How long is the affiliate tracking cookie?

The tracking cookie lasts 30 days for all affiliates. If a visitor clicks your affiliate link and buys within that 30-day window, you get the commission — even if they returned through Google Search or another source later.

What happens if a referral asks for a refund?

If a buyer refunds within the 30-day money-back window, the commission is reversed. This is why commissions are held for 30 days before being finalized. After 30 days, all commissions are final. The refund rate is approximately 4%.
