The 14-day window starts from the date and time of your purchase confirmation email (not the date of payment processing). For example, if you purchase at 3pm on January 1, you have until 11:59pm on January 15 to request a refund.

You can run Gold Scalpers on a demo trading account for as long as you need within the first 14 days. If the indicator doesn't perform on your forward test, email us before day 14 and we'll refund the full $120 — no questions asked.
If you were referred by an affiliate and you refund within 14 days, the affiliate's commission is reversed. This is why we hold affiliate commissions for 14 days before paying out.
We strongly prefer you email us first instead of disputing the charge with your bank. Chargebacks are expensive for us and trigger automatic license termination.
If you believe a charge is wrong, email us – we resolve 99% of disputes within 24 hours without bank involvement.
